Here at Silktide, we are transparent with our billing process and the same applies to Silktide Prospect users. 

We want to make the billing process as simple as possible, and for that reason our Starter and Premium users can sign-up and manage their subscription online.

Our pricing plans for Silktide Prospect are publicly available, although due to the bespoke nature of our Enterprise plans, we do need a more detailed understanding of your requirements first, so that we can put together a proposal for your consideration.
