Updating credit card details
You can update your credit card details if you have signed up online for your Silktide Prospect account.
If you are an Enterprise user and you need to update your billing method, please contact your Digital Account Manager to resolve this quickly. Alternatively, please email email@example.com.
To update your credit card details, try this:
- Log in to your Silktide Prospect account
- Click on the profile silhouette next to the All reports button
- Select Account admin
- On the left-hand menu, select Subscription
- Click on the Edit button below your existing payment details
- Update your details accordingly and save.
