How Salesforce integration works
Silktide Prospect seamlessly integrates with Salesforce, empowering your agents to access reports from leads and accounts and giving business analysts the ability to mine Silktide Prospect data.
- A Salesforce Visualforce component can be added to leads and accounts, allowing agents an at-a-glance view of the business presence, as well as one-click access to go into Prospect’s more advanced features like sharing reports
- Single sign-on allows agents to log into Prospect automatically using their Salesforce credentials. Users can be batch added from Salesforce into Silktide Prospect
- Data from generated reports is automatically pushed into their record on Salesforce, allowing for powerful data mining and segmentation.
Integration is compatible with the following Salesforce editions: Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance and Developer.
Our integration also works with Salesforce Lightning.
Currently Salesforce integration is only available to Silktide Prospect Enterprise customers on request.
